Brûle – Museum Experience Companion

August 2023

Brûle is a conceptual mobile app that I designed as part of the Google UX Certificate to support visitors before, during and after a museum visit.

The problem identified was that Museum visitors often feel overwhelmed by the amount of information, lose track of the pieces they liked the most, and do not have a simple way to “take the visit” with them.

As an End-to-end UX designer I started by defining the problem, running interviews, mapping journeys, wireframing and creating high-fidelity prototypes. I c the visit journey (before, during, after), created lo-fi flows for visit planning and favorites, and iterated on navigation through usability tests.

Lumière – Cinema Tickets & Snacks

September 2023

Overview. Lumière is a responsive cinema website that lets people discover movies, purchase tickets and order snacks in a single flow.

I benchmarked existing cinema journeys, sketched alternative flows, prototyped seat selection and snack bundles, and ran remote usability tests to reduce decision time.

The final flow streamlines movie selection, eat choice and snack purchase in three clear steps, reducing friction and highlighting upsell options without overwhelming users.

Find Your Voice – Civic Engagement

November 2023

Find Your Voice is a platform concept that connects citizens with their representatives and the topics they care about.

The problem to solve is that political information is fragmented and full of jargon. People do not know who represents them or how to follow relevant legislative activity.

I mapped information sources, defined content models for representatives and initiatives, and designed flows for searching, following topics and receiving updates. The concept turns complex legislative data into human language, making it easier for people to see what is happening and where their voice can have impact.

Slack Bot for Daily Stand-ups

June 2023

Overview. StandBot is a Slack app for sharing daily stand-up status asynchronously, designed for remote or distributed teams.

Problem. Teams spread across time zones struggle to keep synchronous daily meetings while still needing alignment and accountability.

My role. Product Designer working on conversational design, UX improvements and feature definition.

Process. Based on user feedback and interviews, we refined the stand-up questions, notification previews, and scheduling options, and improved the integration with Jira.

Outcome. The bot supports multiple cadences (daily, weekly, custom), provides clearer updates and generates structured reports that help teams track progress over time.

Gaming App for Music Battles

January 2021

Overview. A play-to-earn mobile app for iOS and Android where users compete in music battles using songs from their favorite artists.

Problem. The company wanted to increase engagement and retention by offering a gaming layer on top of its existing content catalog.

My role. Product Manager coordinating discovery, requirements, design, and delivery with Android, iOS, backend and front-end teams.

Process. I led grooming, planning, demos and retrospectives, and defined features such as weekly challenges, a virtual currency (Battle Coins) and in-app rewards.

Outcome. The app launched with competitive mechanics, a store and TV integrations. You can see one of the promos here: MUBA Promo.

Back-office Tools for Internal Teams

June 2022

Overview. A set of internal web tools that enabled commercial and catalog management teams to operate the music battles product.

Problem. Existing manual processes were making it hard to manage campaigns, announcements and catalog metadata at scale.

My role. Product Manager gathering requirements from multiple stakeholders and translating them into a clear backlog.

Process. We designed modules for announcements with deep links, weekly competitions, a store integrated with Shopify and tools for reviewing and enriching music metadata.

Outcome. Teams gained visibility and control over campaigns and catalog, reducing errors and speeding up launches.

Automated Business Compliance Report

November 2020

Overview. The Compliance Findings Report (CFR) was the first fully automated business report at CIAL Dun & Bradstreet.

Problem. Analysts needed to manually consolidate data from multiple sources, which increased delivery times and the risk of human error.

My role. Product Manager collaborating with engineering, data teams and compliance analysts to design the report structure and flow.

Process. We defined the report narrative, prioritized metrics, and worked on the data pipeline to automatically combine third-party databases, internal tools and the company business database.

Outcome. Analysts could deliver more consistent reports in less time. You can download sample versions here: CFR V1 (PDF) and CFR V2 (HTML).

Product Review Series

October 2020

Overview. A series of video reviews focused on digital products, explaining what problems they solve and how.

Problem. Teams needed a structured way to analyze competitors and understand product patterns across markets.

My role. I selected products, defined review criteria and produced scripts and recordings.

Outcome. The series became an internal reference for product discussions and helped create a shared vocabulary. One example is available on YouTube.

DUNS Registered User Manuals & Video Guides

January 2019

Overview. Redesign of an installation manual and a set of video guides for DUNS Registered customers.

Problem. The original materials were complex and text-heavy, which made it difficult for users to complete the installation process.

My role. I structured the content, rewrote key sections, and coordinated the production of visual guides.

Outcome. The updated material reduced support questions and provided a clearer onboarding experience. You can download the manual here and watch a sample video on YouTube.

Marketing Videos

December 2019

Overview. Creation of marketing videos to support product launches and brand campaigns.

Problem. Complex products needed clearer narratives and visuals to explain their value quickly.

My role. I developed storyboards, wrote scripts, and collaborated closely with agencies and internal stakeholders.

Outcome. The videos were used in sales meetings, webinars and landing pages. You can see an example here.

Compliance Traffic Light

January 2020

Overview. Visualization that summarizes compliance risk in a simple “traffic light” for applicants.

Problem. Customers needed a quick, visual way to evaluate risk without reading a full report every time.

My role. I worked on the information hierarchy and the mapping between data and color/state.

Outcome. The component made it easier for decision-makers to scan large portfolios and prioritize deeper reviews only where needed.

Graphic Edition

August 2015

Overview. A collection of visual explorations using photo-manipulation and graphic design tools.

Role & Skills. I designed, edited and composed images for different contexts: digital products, personal projects and branding exercises.

Artifacts. Selected samples can be seen in this animation, this one and in the graphics PDF.

Drawing Skills

February 2016

Overview. Drawing has been a constant practice to explore ideas, understand form and communicate quickly.

Role & Skills. I use drawing for brainstorming, storyboards and UI sketches, as well as for personal projects.

Artifacts. You can see some examples in this sample PDF.

Modeling Skills

October 2020

Overview. 3D modeling work using SketchUp to design furniture and interior layouts for real spaces.

Role & Skills. I translated needs and constraints into 3D models and rendered proposals that guided execution.

Artifacts. A selection of models is available in this PDF.

Web Design

April 2016

Overview. Web design work for different organizations, combining UX thinking with visual design and front-end skills.

Process. I typically start from sketches and wireframes, then create visual designs and finally implement layouts using HTML/CSS.

Outcome. These projects helped small businesses and organizations communicate more clearly and look more professional online.

Development of Digital Mobile Products

August 2017

Overview. Management of subscription-based mobile services for entertainment and value-added content.

My role. I oversaw product performance, coordinated with content providers and worked with technical teams to improve services.

Artifacts. A summary of these services is available in this PDF.

Redesign of Web Profiles

November 2019

Overview. Redesign of the DUNS Registered Profile webpage to highlight trust and credibility signals.

Problem. The previous layout did not clearly communicate the value of being a verified company.

Outcome. The new design emphasizes badges, scores and key information, and you can see an example profile here.

E-commerce Optimization through User Research

March 2016

Overview. UX work for an e-commerce site: understanding buyers, monitoring behavior and testing pop-ups and messaging.
